The Menu: 

Dinner roll with salted melon butter.

Jerk rubbed chicken supreme, blackened watermelon, Heirloom tomato panzanella salad, watermelon and balsamic glaze. 

Grilled ocean trout, lemon herb kipfler protatoes, pearl cous cous, green beans, whipped feta and charred honey dew salsa. 

Watermelon Bombe Alaska, melon coulis.
